Speaking at the ceremony he emphasized the importance of public and private partnerships in building and renovation of mosques in Maldives. He also noted that it has been an on going tradition since time in memorial.
While addressing the gathering, the President of MNCCI, Mr. Ibrahim Jihad said every one of different standards can contribute to the fund as much as they can. He also highlighted that the 26th of February 2009 was the anniversary of the Maldives National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
