Mr. Rauli Suikkanen met with MNCCI Vice President, Mr. Ismail Asif to discuss about the business interactions between Maldives and Finland.
In this meeting, the Ambassador talked about the countries that he is visiting and bonding with regard to business and also how to expand the business relations here in Maldives and other SAARC countries such as Nepal.
The ambassador also explained the businesses that are prominent in Finland which includes various energy companies, ship building companies and paper producing companies. He gave further information on the companies, and its branches established in South Asian countries.
At the end of the meeting, they discussed about further meetings with business delegations of Finland visiting the Maldives and Delegations from Maldives, visiting Finland to discuss more business opportunities between the two countries.
