The passengers of British Airways were given a warm welcome with “kurumba” a traditional drink and tropical flower chains which was contributed by MNCCI. The flower chains were given by young women who were wearing “Dhivehi Libaas” the traditional dress of Maldives. The ceremony was made even more colorful with a touch of local “boduberu”.
