The MNCCI met with the CCPIT of China, Beijing on the 25th March 2014. Mr. Asif, Vice president of MNCCI discussed on the China Trade Festival with Zhang Wei (Vice President, CCPIT) which would be held at Maldives from 2nd September to 05th of September 2014.
The China Trade Festival 2014 show looks forward to the participation of leading companies from China exhibiting a wide range of products and services across sectors.
The main objectives of this fair:
Develop and expand trade relations between China and Maldives.
Create a platform for Chinese manufacturers and exporters to meet with Maldivian importers and businesses.
Offer an opportunity for Maldivians to view and experience Chinese products and for Chinese exporters to exhibit and present their products in the Maldives.
Showcase Chinese tourist destinations to Maldivian outbound market.
Create a platform for Chinese tour operators to interact with their local counterparts.
Build a close relationship and affinity between Chinese and Maldivian people by introducing Chinese cultural activities and entertainment during the event.
