The new building of MNCCI – proposed building of 14 stories opposite to its current location – has been awarded to Saruh Pvt. Ltd. The discussions and negotiations are currently underway.
The new building will have capacity to accomodate MNCCI current operational activities as well as decent space for generating lease income.
It is estimated that the new building will be ready in 18 months after the negotiations between the Chamber and the Saruh are complete for sign-off.
