The night market Organized by MNCCI since 1990 is held this year in association with Allora was titled as “Allora Night Market 2010 “also knows as “Ugulhey 
Baazar” . The market this year has almost 630 stalls selling all sorts of products ranging from electronics to household ware. The 10 day market arranged by MNCCI as part of Independence Day celebrations is to provide the opportunity to people to buy household items cheaply in preparation for the fasting month of Ramadan
However, Night Market which was to be inaugurated 28thJuly had to be postponed for 29thJuly because of heavy rain and wind. The flea market is held at Boduthakurufaanu Magu on male’s southern coast. On the other hand, this area is a no smoking area for the whole 10 nights of the market.
